Golf Outing

The 2011 Kiwanis Club of Central DuPage 5th Annual Charity Golf Outing was held September 16 with 75 golfers playing and over 100 lunch attendees.

All enjoyed the fun and play and the good lunch with conversation, awarding of golfer prizes, and drawings for donated gifts. The major benefactor was the Metropolitan Family Services Dupage - Treasure House Shop of Glen Ellyn.

Their involvement plus volunteers helped man the day's event and brought in many more golfers. For their efforts and their ongoing needs the Club gave them $3,500 the majority of the proceeds from the event.
